Four years ago her father, Glenn Campbell, was diagnosed with Alzheimers.
He is no longer able to play music nor even recognize his relatives. He still seems to have that “twinkle in his eye” reports his wife, and he is frequently visited by family in the care unit he resides at.
Ashley Campbell has a new song called “Remembering” and it is a wonderful tribute to her father. Kai Welch helped her write the song. The lyrics, combined with Ashley’s performance, is one of the most beautiful daughter to father tributes ever. The whole family have dedicated themselves to Alzheimer’s awareness and this song will definitely strengthen those important efforts. Check out Ashley Campbell perform this beautiful song.
