Every once in a while, a person comes along who completely inspires you in a profound way. It could be for this reason or that, but at the heart of it, they make you re-evaluate your own choices and goals. For me, this woman is Ernestine Shepherd.
She is the oldest female competitive body builder in the world...and she just turned 80! She didn't even start body building until she was in her 50s!
Her story is so special, so genuine and simple.
SHARE Ernestine's life philosophy with everyone you know. We could all use this advice.

Every morning, 80-year-old Ernestine wakes up at 2:30 a.m.

She says she never needs an alarm clock.

She eats the exact same thing every day without fail.

She sings the same song every morning.

"Oh I can't sit down, gotta keep a'rolling like the rolling of the sun...today I am happy and free. Nothing in the world is troublin' me. Oh, I'm on my way."
But there's a very important reason why Ernestine does this every day...
