You know, there could be a very simple solution as to why your stomach and other "deeper" parts of your digestive system are going haywire. And you probably never thought that this could be the problem.

Take a second and go inside yourself: how do you actually sit on the toilet? Probably like this ...

... or sometimes even like this? But, did you know that this is the most unhealthy position possible?

Through this 90-degree position (we mean the angle at which your hips are bent) the natural passage of your intestines is disrupted and literally sealed off. Only through unnecessary exertion against the laws of physics can you manage to complete the "movement." In the worst case, this can lead to constipation, irritable bowels, hemorrhoids, and even colon cancer.

The so-called 35-degree position is completely different: here everything can take its natural course. In the wilderness and among many cultures, this position is completely normal and is learned from infancy on. It's only in the Western world that the unhealthy sitting position is enforced. No idea why ...

Here is a suggestion for a solution: since it'd be impractical to convert all of our toilets to make them the right height, just put your feet up on a stool while taking care of business. It doesn't have to be a huge project, it can even be an old box! Try it out yourself! You'll be blown away!

Even your favorite relaxing toilet literature won't get in your way.  Your health will thank you!

When you consider that this is totally normal in other cultures, everything starts to make sense. It's possible that this is the problem for a lot of digestion problems in the Western world.
Share this astonishing insight with all others. It'll surely help someone out of your circle of friends!
