STRECHING
This is the first thing to do in the morning, before getting out of bed.  As it only takes a couple of minutes, make it your morning ritual.
JOINT EXERCISE
Start with feet flat on the ground. Standing on your toes, raise your heels for 2-3 seconds. Make sure your calf muscles are tightened. Do this for at least 10 times.
NECK EXERCISES
This is a great neck exercise. Simply turn your head to the left and then to the right, counting to 10. Then, roll your head around and bend it down until it touches the chest. Don’t be surprised of any cracking sounds as these are normal and only indicate that you are doing the exercises right.
PUSHUPS
In the morning do a set of 10 pushups. This routine will give you enough energy for the day.
RAISING HEELS AND TOES
Your knees on the floor (with an angle of 90o), lift your toes up while keeping your heels on the floor. Then lower. Alternate your legs. Then, try with both your feet at the same time. Finally, finish the exercise by lifting your heels instead of toes.
FEET ROTATION
Sitting on a chair, rotate your foot clockwise. Do this 10 times. Thus, you will not only improve your blood circulation but also the suppleness of your legs.
HANDS EXERCISES
This exercise is not only beneficial for improving blood circulation, but it also prevents cramps. Stretch your arms first then your fingers. Make a fist and hold it for a couple of seconds. Then relax your joints and rotate your arm in a circular movement from the shoulder for one minute. Alternate arms.
WALKING
This is the most beneficial exercise for blood circulation. It tightens and relaxes the leg muscles and improves blood flow throughout the body. Plus, it decreases your blood pressure. Short walks 2-3 times a week are best to start with.
SWIMMING
This exercise is extremely efficient as it involves all your body muscles. Moreover, it improves oxygen supply to your heart and lungs. It is quite beneficial for muscle and joint pain and it is suitable for people of all ages.
YOGA
Yoga provides excellent breathing techniques which will improve oxygen concentration in your blood as well as blood flow in your muscles.
CYCLING AND DANCING
Cycling is the best exercise for improving blood flow in the lower part of your body. Dancing is also efficient for improving your blood circulation.
