The 1-year-old Leeim Morseman comes from Bath, New York and was born with Spina Bifida (split spine). That means that his spine did not grow together completely while in the womb. To give him even the slightest of a chance to ever walk, he needs long stays in the hospital, intensive care, and a ton of physiotherapy. The costs are simply unaffordable for the young parents Sarah and Bryan Morseman.

But Leeim's desperate father has an idea for how he can pay for the hospital bills: by running marathons. And not just 1, but 3! Bryan trains like a madman to run 3 marathons within 8 days, each in a different state. Between the 1st and 2nd races (each more than 50 miles) are just one night - an unbelievable strain for the human body.

And the unbelievable happens: Bryan actually wins ALL 3 marathons! And from each marathon he wins the prize money: all together $5,570 to pay off his son's hospital bills. "I think about my son every marathon and the pain is nothing in comparison to what he has to endure," tells the 29-year-old. "Leeim gives me the energy that inspires me and carries me to the end."

"I can only say how proud I am of my husband, who works 40 hours a week and then runs over 200 miles a week to support his family and our sweet little Leeim with all our needs," gushes Sarah, the mother, on Facebook. "I really have the best husband in the world." And Leeim has a father that will even sacrifice his own health for his own son!

To pays for the care for his sickly, little son, Bryan Morseman ran 3 marathons in 8 days - and he managed to win the top prize in all of them! When this so selfless father, who will do anything for his son also touched you deeply then share this story with everyone you know. Everyone deserves to know the story of Bryan.
