One most often finds these on the nose or chin: blackheads. Particularly for those with a mixed skin type, they can be constantly annoying. The fight against the little black spots on the face is tough, because they're incredibly difficult to get rid of permanently. They are most commonly found in the area known as the T-Zone (forehead, nose, chin), because the skin in these regions of the face produce a lot of fat. As a result, a large amount of suet gets stored in the pores and blocks them more and more.

It is not advisable to try and squeeze them out on your own, because there is a high probability that bacteria will enter through the open pores and cause an inflammation. The result is then a crude pimple. So in the end the problem hasn't been fixed, but rather exacerbated. Now, with two basic ingredients you can create a face mask, with which you can instantly and visibly see the effects. Blackheads will no longer be an issue for you, after a few regular treatments.
1. The Ingredients

To make the blackhead-mask you need one satchel of gelatine and milk. If you are vegetarian or vegan, you can use pectin (a plant-based adhesive) instead of the gelatine.
 2. Combining

Shake the contents of the gelatine/pectin satchel into a small bowl.

Finally, pour in approx. 2 table spoons of milk.

Mix it together with the spoon into a pulp.

The mask should have the consistency of a runny yoghurt.

When you're happy with the consistency, place the bowl into the microwave for 30 seconds. When you take the bowl out of the microwave, check with your little finger to see whether the temperature of the mask is pleasant for your face.

If the temperature is okay, then begin spreading the mask on your face. The regions of the eyes and mouth you leave out. An old, clean cosmetic brush is very useful for spreading the mask over the skin. If you don't have a brush, you can of course, just use your hands. Finally, leave the mask for 15 minutes to do its thing.

When the mask starts pulling away from around the mouth, then it's dry enough from you to start pulling it off your face. Be mindful to pull from the outside of the nose towards the bridge so that you have every opportunity to remove the blackheads.

Straight after removing the mask, you can see the results! To soothe your skin, you should use a face moisturiser, because gelatine dries out the skin.
Try it yourself! You will see that impurities continually disappear from your face.
