Horseradish (fresh) – 125g
Lemon – 4
Honey – 3 tbsp
Ginger root – 2 cm
Cinnamon – 2 tsp
How to Prepare?
Take your blender and blend the ginger and horseradish in it.
Squeeze the lemons and add the juice into the mixture and blend for 3 minutes.
Now add cinnamon and honey and blend again.
Your syrup will be ready and take a glass jar and store in it. Take 1 tbsp of the syrup two times a day before your meals and before exercising. Continue taking for 3 weeks and then take a break for some days.
